• Assistant Engineer

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Engineer to support the design and execution of engineering projects within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) discipline. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to multidisciplinary project teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist in the design and development of engineering projects across various sectors.

    + Prepare and revise project drawings and specifications using CAD software.

    + Conduct preliminary site surveys and collect data to support project planning.

    + Support project execution and ensure compliance with safety and design standards.

    + Perform basic engineering calculations and assist in technical analyses.

    + Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to specifications.

    + Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

    + Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports.

    + Assist in estimating materials, labor, and overall project costs.

    + Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

    + 1–3 years of experience in engineering consulting or a similar role.

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $41.00/hr.
