    Actalent is seeking a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer who can design and create robust applications while integrating AI-powered tools and features into our products. You’ll work across the stack from front-end interfaces to back-end systems—and use AI-assisted development tools to deliver faster, smarter, and more scalable solutions. This position offers the opportunity to learn advanced techniques, gain exposure to product development, and support ongoing innovation within a growing technical team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications (front-end, back-end, databases, cloud).

    • Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency in coding, testing, and documentation.

    • Integrate AI/ML models and APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) into production applications.

    • Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ship AI-enabled features.

    • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

    • Participate in CI/CD, testing, and DevOps workflows. Communicate effectively with all team members and supervisors to resolve technical issues across various lines of business.

    • Actively participate in team meetings, technical training, and process improvement initiatives.

    • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow technical skills through on-the-job training and continued education.

     

    Preferred

     

    Skills and Experience

     

    + 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar.

    + Skilled in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask, etc.).

    + Proficiency with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

    + Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs or ML models into real-world applications.

    + Familiarity with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, Docker, Kubernetes.

    + Experience with utilizing large volumes of data and applying predictive analytic AI functionality.

    + Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

    + Experience with MLOps pipelines.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
