Description
• Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects. • Coordinate with estimators, engineers, subcontractors, field personnel, and clients. • Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, local codes, and safety standards. • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. • Prepare and present progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients. • Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project plans. • Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with purchasing teams. • Resolve project-related issues, delays, or technical problems promptly. • Ensure timely project closeout including documentation, inspections, and customer handoff.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, AND/OR Journeyman or Master Electrician license, AND/OR PMP or similar project manager certification.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
This position is part of a 100% employee-owned company, offering an ESOP retirement plan with significant contributions over the past five years.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Danville,IL.
