    Manufacturing Technician – Biotech/Pharma

    Bedford, MA | Full-Time (Contract to hire) | Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team in a cleanroom biotech/pharmaceutical environment. In this role, you’ll operate production equipment and execute manufacturing procedures for cross-linked hyaluronic acid products, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation protocols.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with SOPs, Batch Records, and Operational Procedures.

    + Execute manufacturing processes for cross-linked hyaluronic acid products.

    + Prepare and coordinate samples for testing and analysis.

    + Accurately document all activities in Batch Records, logbooks, and OPMs following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

    + Identify and report deviations or non-conformances; recommend updates to documentation as needed.

    + Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient production environment.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field.

    + 4–6 years of experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.

    + Proficiency in GMP, SOPs, and aseptic techniques.

    + Experience working with chemicals, including acids and bases.

    + Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and gowning procedures.

    + Strong attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.

    Work Environment

    + First shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

    + Collaborative team of 6–8 members in a cleanroom setting.

    + Business casual dress code.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
