    Actalent is hiring a Phlebotomist to support patient care and specimen collection in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role focuses on safety, accuracy, and service excellence.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform venipuncture and collect non-blood specimens

    + Ensure proper labeling and processing

    + Deliver patient-focused service and maintain compliance standards

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Previous phlebotomy training or experience

    + Strong communication and data entry skills

    + Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

     

    Schedule & Location

     

    + Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    + On-site in El Paso, TX

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
