    Job Description

    As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in diagnosing, troubleshooting, fixing, and debugging Machines at customer sites nationally.

    Responsibilities include

    - Machine Mastery: Conduct thorough machine inspections using advanced Maintenance Management tools and report on their status

     

    - PLC Interfacing: Read logic, and adjust machines mechanically/electrically to fit the logic

     

    - Innovative Solutions: Advise our service coordinator on potential upgrades and retrofits to keep our machines at the cutting edge

     

    - Tool Enhancement: Contribute to the improvement of our Maintenance Management Tools, making them even more effective

     

    - Customer Empowerment: Maintain equipment and provide hands-on training to customers, ensuring they can confidently maintain their machines

     

    - Expert Training: Deliver comprehensive training to customers using our detailed documentation

     

    - Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by helping build and test new equipment at our factory

     

    - Field Installations: Install equipment and upgrades in the field, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest developments

     

    - On-Demand Support: Be ready to visit customers in person if remote service isn't sufficient

     

    Must Have

     

    -2 + years experience working on heavy machinery

     

    -Experience interacting with Rockwell PLCs

     

    -Experience reading electrical drawings

     

    -Experience working with 480 volt equipment

     

    -Willingness to travel up to 70%

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
