Job Title: Validation EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to join our Vehicle Electronics and Software (VES) Organization, focusing on RIDE COMMAND Validation. This role involves collaborating with both internal and external partners to develop plans, set up, and execute validation tests. You will concentrate on the hardware and software aspects of Displays and Gauges subsystems for vehicles across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute validation tests for vehicle electronics and software.
+ Collaborate with internal and external partners to create test plans.
+ Focus on testing the hardware and software of Displays and Gauges subsystems.
+ Ensure thorough validation across multiple vehicle product lines.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in the design, verification, or validation of electronics related to vehicle controls, displays, and communication equipment.
+ Proficiency in communication technologies such as CAN, Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, VHF, and Cellular.
+ Familiarity with UDS and J1939 communication protocols.
+ Strong understanding of DFMEA, SFMEA, and Functional Safety.
+ Experience in Agile software development methodology within the automotive industry.
+ Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with requirements and test case management tools (e.g., DOORS, Test Rail, CodeBeamer).
+ Experience in configuration management.
+ Previous work with global teams and project management experience is highly preferred.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Wyoming, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
