What You’ll Do

+ Design and develop detailed civil site layouts using Civil 3D within project scope, schedule, and budget.

+ Mentor and grow the next generation of Civil Designers within our Resource Business Group.

+ Own the civil discipline model, ensuring alignment with the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).

+ Lead the creation and maintenance of civil models, systems, and content for digital delivery.

+ Collaborate across disciplines through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination.

+ Drive excellence in model health, standards, and documentation.

+ Contribute to the evolution of our business class digital needs.

What You Bring

+ 10+ years of experience in civil design and site development.

+ Expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

+ Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

+ Experience with grading, surveying, drainage design, and tools like Revit and Navisworks.

+ Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology or related field (preferred).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
