Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This is a contract position, offering a great opportunity to contribute in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

• Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are directed promptly to the appropriate departments.

• Handle daily email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to maintain organized records.

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff and management.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, manage schedules, and communicate effectively.

• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong ability to manage a multi-line phone system.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with email correspondence and scheduling tools.
