    Description HOME BUILDER LOOKING FOR A SR ACCOUNTANT

     

    Looking for a Sr Accountant to work with Ivan. The company is currently in the process of building a 200 unit multi-family residential property. They are looking for a full cycle accountant. They would love someone that understands financing or comes from the construction / development industries.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Accountant located in Miami, FL. The Sr Accountant will be responsible for managing financial statements, analyzing data, processing journal entries, handling finances, and overseeing fixed assets.

    Qualifications

    • Financial Statements, Journal Entries (Accounting), and Fixed Assets management skills

    • Analytical Skills and Finance expertise

    • Experience in financial planning and analysis

    • Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    • Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus

    • QuickBooks Online Requirements Month End Close, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations
