    Job Title: Painter

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled painters in an industrial manufacturing environment.

     

    You have the choice of 1st shift 7A-3P M-F, or 3rd shift 11P-7A. Graveyard comes with +$2/hr shift differential.

     

    As a painter, you will be responsible for applying various painting techniques and maintaining equipment.

     

    Powder coating experience

    Responsibilities

    + Use liquid paint spray equipment, mix and thin paint, and maintain spray equipment.

    + Operate plural component spray equipment to apply a below-grade polyurethane, similar to truck bedliner application, and maintain the equipment.

    + Perform the deglaring process on galvanized poles after mixing chemical ingredients to proper specifications.

    + Utilize electrostatic powder coating equipment and conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of the equipment.

    + Employ measuring devices such as a dew point meter, dry film thickness gauge, and surface profile gauges.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in sandblasting and painting techniques.

    + Experience with using spray equipment and painting tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in carpentry is beneficial.

    + Knowledge of chemical mixing and application processes.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley, Nebraska.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $29.41 - $29.41/hr.
