Lead Harness Technician – Contract to Hire

• **Centennial, CO**

• **Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM**

• **Pay: $35–$38/hour**

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated **Lead Harness Technician** to guide a team in assembling wire and cable harnesses for aerospace and electronics applications. If you enjoy hands-on work and leading others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead a team in assembling wire, cable, and sleeving materials

+ Perform tasks like soldering, crimping, potting, labeling, and connector loading

+ Operate stripping machines and manual tools

+ Review documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)

+ Inspect materials for damage or defects

+ Build harnesses using assembly boards

+ Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

+ Report safety concerns and follow all safety protocols

+ Support team punctuality and adherence to schedules

+ Take on additional tasks as needed

What You’ll Need

+ High school diploma or GED

+ 3–5 years of experience in electronics or assembly

+ Ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures

Preferred Skills

+ IPC 620/610 and J-STD-001 certifications

+ Strong soldering and crimping skills

+ Experience with box builds and ESD practices

+ Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
