Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated First Shift Production Supervisor for a tier 1 automotive company specializing in weather stripping and interior parts for major automotive brands. This role requires experience in production supervision within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on managing personnel and enhancing quality and performance.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.

+ Manage and lead a team in a family-owned company environment.

+ Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.

+ Implement and speak to process improvement and quality standards.

+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of production supervision experience in any manufacturing industry.

+ Ability to manage and lead people effectively.

+ Proficiency in monitoring and interpreting KPIs.

+ Experience with process improvement and maintaining quality standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working with KPIs and implementing improvement processes.

+ Experience in quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
