Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with a variety of technologies and equipment. This role involves both project work and reactive maintenance, offering a diverse and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventative and reactive industrial maintenance.
+ Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, specifically Allen Bradley & Direct Logic PLCs.
+ Manage AC servo drives, DC drives, and current drives.
+ Conduct electrical maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems.
+ Work with sensor technologies and 480 VAC, 3 phase motor controls.
+ Engage in panel building, wiring, and conduit bending.
+ Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps.
+ Ensure punctuality and excellent attendance in all job duties.
Essential Skills
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
+ Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
+ Knowledge of AC and DC drives and 3 phase motor control.
+ Ability to perform panel wiring and conduit bending.
+ Experience in preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in press maintenance is a plus.
+ Stamping or heavily automated facilities is highly advantageous.
+ Comfortable with both project work and reactive maintenance tasks.

Work Environment
Our facility is a clean and organized space, particularly in the Tapping area, although the shop can be loud at times. We have recently expanded with an additional 25,000 sq ft. for new machinery and warehousing space. Join a very friendly group of people who are dedicated and collaborative.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.92 - $40.00/hr.
