Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Production Associates to join our team during a transitional period. As we move operations to Indiana, we are committed to maintaining production efficiency through the end of the year. This role will primarily focus on packing, kitting, and assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Pack larger scale parts into boxes and prepare them for shipment, with a maximum weight of 25-30 pounds.

+ Pack small parts into boxes, ensuring they are ready for customer shipment.

+ Assemble components for commercial vehicle HVAC systems by following written and visual instructions accurately and efficiently.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in manufacturing and assembly.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools.

+ Ability to read blueprints is advantageous.

+ Capacity to follow detailed assembly procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallastown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
