Overview

This position involves working in the stockroom alongside one other person to handle various tasks including shipping and receiving, picking and packing, inventory management, handling outbound shipments, some of which could be international, and loading and unloading trucks. You will occasionally operate a forklift, but this is not a primary forklift position. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have prior experience with shipping and receiving tasks, UPS Worldship, and inventory management experience. Responsibilities

+ Handle shipping and receiving duties.

+ Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

+ Manage and maintain inventory records.

+ Prepare and handle outbound shipments, including international shipments.

+ Load and unload trucks.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with international shipping processes

+ Experience in inventory management.

+ Proficiency in picking and packaging orders.

+ Knowledge of order picking and shipping procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ UPS Worldship

+ Familiarity with using a pallet jack and forklift is advantageous.

+ US citizenship or permanent residency is required due to ITAR compliance.

Work Environment

The work environment is well-lit and temperature-controlled, ensuring comfort throughout your shift from 8 am to 4:30 pm. The facility houses 80 full-time employees and complies with ITAR regulations, requiring U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. You'll be part of a team that assembles and ships electronic navigation equipment for military applications, working in a supportive and innovative atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
