Job Description
Join our team as an Operator in a leading manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. As a utility worker, you will play a critical role in loading raw materials into machines, packaging and inspecting finished products, and managing inventory and shipping processes. Attention to quality and safety is paramount.
Responsibilities
+ Load raw materials into production machines.
+ Package and inspect finished products.
+ Manage inventory and shipping of products.
+ Follow directions to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Essential Skills
+ Previous industrial experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a semi-climate controlled environment.
+ Mechanical aptitude including counting and using a tape measure.
+ Experience in paper manufacturing, packaging, machine operation, assembly, and warehouse production.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Any industrial experience is required.
+ Additional skills in production, packaging, inspection, or machine operation are a plus.

Work Environment
Operators must complete a two-week orientation that includes classroom and hands-on training, with mandatory attendance. Work shifts include 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Overtime is required, either 4 hours before or after scheduled shifts, with optional Saturdays while on contract and mandatory after transitioning to direct employment. Personal protective equipment, including eye protection, gloves, safety vest, ear protection, and steel-toed shoes, is provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
