Job Title: Facilities Manager
Job Description
As a Facilities Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the management and operation of facilities, acting as the primary contact for all facility-related concerns. You will assist the Regional Manager and Account Director to deliver high-quality facility management services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities
+ Supervise and direct the plant operations team to ensure Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are executed efficiently.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of and ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and other relevant documents that guide business relationships.
+ Accountable for financial performance related to Operational Facilities spending, ensuring adherence to established budgets.
+ Track trends and recommend action plans for KPI/SLA performance below standard for Plant Operations/Engineering Services.
+ Provide oversight and support in the delivery of maintenance projects and vendor activities supporting critical operations.
+ Ensure staff is trained in approved practices and procedures for facility maintenance.
+ Create a safe work environment by adhering to safety and infection control policies and procedures.
+ Accountable for maintenance of all building systems and equipment in line with State, Federal, and Local regulations.
+ Determine compliance with standards in areas such as NFPA101 Life Safety Code, Safety Management, and Hazardous Materials Management.
+ Perform additional duties as requested.
Essential Skills
+ 5 years of experience in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
+ Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities.
+ Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations overseeing technical and administrative staff.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and MS Share Point.
+ Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ College degree in a related engineering field, formal apprenticeship program, or technical trade school.
+ Certifications such as CHFM, CPMM, CFM, or other relevant certifications.
+ Experience in oversight of multiple facilities with varied functions.

Work Environment
The work will be performed at the Raleigh General Hospital in WV, with a standard shift from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The role may require supervision during off-hours, including weekends, to ensure seamless operations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
