Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job Description
As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting systems, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling sections and components to ensure the full functionality of equipment according to approved technical data. You will maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work in compliance with 145 Repair Station FAA standards. Your role will involve performing aircraft repairs, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with manufacturer requirements and FAA regulations. You will be tasked with servicing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft, engines, and associated components to meet deadlines and performance goals. Additionally, you will read and interpret manufacturers’ and airlines’ maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the feasibility of troubleshooting and repairing components.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot systems and repair components to maintain equipment functionality.
+ Maintain records of maintenance and repair work per FAA standards.
+ Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
+ Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft and associated components.
+ Read and interpret technical manuals and service bulletins.
+ Repair or replace defective components and wiring.
+ Ensure all removed aircraft parts are documented and protected.
+ Complete and sign maintenance documentation per company policies.
Essential Skills
+ A&P License required.
+ 3 years’ experience in Part 91, 135, or 145 maintenance environments preferred.
+ Familiarity with Phenom, Cessna, Hawker, Lear, Twin Commander, King Air airframes/engines.
+ Experience in troubleshooting aircraft systems.
+ Possession of own tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Corporate Jet experience with Lear, Phenom, or Citation experience.
+ Avionics Tech experience with Embraer Phenom 100/300, Garmin G3000 & G1000.
+ Knowledge of Air Data test set, IFR 4000/6000.
+ Open to Small to Large Cabin Corporate Jet experience.
+ Preference for candidates from Naples, Ft Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero.

Work Environment
The role is based in a hanger environment at the Naples airport with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NAPLES, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
