Forklift Operator

**Location :** Roseville

**Pay:** $20-$21.60

**Shift:** 6am-2:30pm

Job Description

Join a leading company in supply chain solutions, supporting critical industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. As a forklift operator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics warehouse.

Responsibilities

+ Pick orders using paper pick sheets.

+ Operate stand-up reach lifts and sit-down forklifts.

+ Wrap pallets using the pallet wrapping machine.

+ Load and unload trucks using a forklift.

+ Undergo 2-4 weeks of in-house training to ensure safety and knowledge of warehouse operations.

+ Cross-train to perform all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Essential Skills

+ At least 2 years of warehouse experience.

+ At least 1 year of experience with a sit-down forklift.

+ Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

+ Computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with RF scanners is a plus.

+ Motivation for career advancement.

+ Capability to lift upwards of 50 lbs.

+ Strong safety awareness.

Work Environment

Work in a logistics warehouse and distribution center that stores sensitive products used for military applications. The primary shift is from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. The facility offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
