    About the Role

     

    We are seeking skilled and safety-focused **Class 1-3 Combo Welders** to join our team. This position involves precision welding of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and towers. Please note: **structural welding experience alone does not meet the requirements for this role.**

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform cutting, fitting, and tack welding of heat exchangers, vessels, and towers.

    + Weld components using SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and SAW processes.

    + Pass weld qualifications for each process.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

    + Weld in accordance with WPS/PQR standards.

    + Execute arc gouging and repair processes efficiently.

    + Maintain a repair rate of less than 5% for X-Ray inspections.

    + Identify and correct sub-standard welds.

    + Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

    + Uphold safety standards and use proper PPE at all times.

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Minimum **5 years of experience** welding pressure vessels or heat exchanger components.

    + Proficient in SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and SAW welding techniques.

    + Skilled in reading and interpreting shop prints.

    + Experienced in arc gouging and confined space work.

    + Proven ability to fix X-Ray and UT repairs.

    + Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

    Work Schedule

    + **Day Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 6 AM–6 PM

    + **Night Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 6 PM–6 AM

    + **Weekend Shift:** Friday–Sunday + one weekday, 6 AM–6 PM

    + Expect 60–66 hours per week, with potential for additional overtime.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
