We are looking for a skilled and experienced Training Manager with expertise in ERP systems to take charge of the training workstream supporting our upcoming Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. This professional will play a pivotal role in designing and executing a robust end-user training strategy to ensure seamless adoption of the new system across the organization.

Post-ERP implementation, the role will transition to Training & Development Manager, focusing on driving learning initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development throughout the company.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a strong background in instructional design, technical writing, and enterprise systems training, who aspires to evolve into a strategic leadership role in learning and development (L& D).

Key Responsibilities: ERP Project Phase

+ Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, encompassing Finance, Operations, HR, and other critical functional modules.

+ Establish and implement the ERP training strategy, ensuring alignment with project timelines and organizational change management efforts.

+ Collaborate with the ERP project team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business process owners to create diverse and effective training materials, including e-learning content, classroom training, job aids, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quick reference guides.

+ Conduct end-user training sessions and “train-the-trainer” workshops across various teams and locations.

+ Coordinate training logistics, such as scheduling, communications, and gathering participant feedback.

+ Monitor training effectiveness and drive improvements in content and delivery methods.

+ Support post-implementation activities, including user support and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities: Post-Project Training Manager Role

+ Lead the development and ongoing execution of the company’s enterprise-wide learning and development strategy.

+ Work closely with business leadership to analyze learning needs and create scalable, impactful training programs.

+ Oversee programs related to onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and professional skills enhancement.

+ Manage learning platforms, tools, and external training vendor partnerships.

+ Ensure that the training and development initiatives are directly aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

+ Promote and build a culture of continuous learning and employee development organization-wide.

Additional Duties

+ Take on ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required by the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

+ Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in training, instructional design, or ERP system training initiatives.

+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically within Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar modules (strongly preferred).

+ Expertise in translating complex system processes into engaging, user-friendly training materials.

+ Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities.

+ Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning design tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.

+ Strong project management skills, communication abilities, and experience engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Additional Requirements

+ Flexibility to travel up to 10% as needed.
