    About the Role:

    As a skilled Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will:

     

    + Efficiently answer, manage, and document customer inquiries through phone, email, and/or chat platforms.

    + Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and taking ownership of cases from start to finish.

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information and assistance.

    + Proactively identify challenges and escalate any complex issues, collaborating with appropriate teams to provide timely resolutions.

    + Provide constructive feedback to improve operations and enhance customer support processes.

    Requirements

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, or related field).

    + Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    + Professional communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).

    + Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a commitment to providing excellent experiences to clients and customers.

    + Proficiency with common office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, etc.).
