    Description

    • Contract Accounts Payable Clerk – North Indianapolis (On-site)

    • Duration: 4+ months

    • Schedule: Full-time, in-office

     

    We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to support a busy finance team on the north side of Indianapolis. This contract role is expected to last at least 4 months and offers the opportunity to contribute immediately in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

     

    • Key Responsibilities:

    + Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time

    + Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies

    + Maintain records and support month-end close activities

    + Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

    • Tools Used:

    + Oracle (daily use)

    + Microsoft Excel

    Requirements

    • What We’re Looking For:

    + Prior Accounts Payable experience (required)

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Clear, professional communication style

    + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
