    Hiring Entry Level Production Associate

    Job Description

    This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a steady and routine work environment. You will be part of a slower-paced manufacturing setting with machine run times ranging from 2 to 3.5 hours. There will be downtime between cycles for cleaning, sweeping, and preparation. Self-motivation and engagement are essential qualities for success in this role.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain cleanliness and prep between machine cycles.

    + Use touchscreen tablets and basic computer programs such as Excel and digital interfaces.

    + Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.

    + Operate and inspect machines effectively.

    + Perform visual inspections in the membrane department.

    + Work comfortably in a louder environment with a slight alcohol smell in the meltdown department.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic computer skills and ability to use touchscreen devices.

    + Comfortable working in both louder and quieter environments.

    + Attention to detail and ability to stay engaged during slower production cycles.

    + Proficiency in machine operation and general labor tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Steel-toe boots and pants are required for safety.

    + Experience with hand tools, packaging, and general production is beneficial.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lees Summit, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
