Job Title: Maintenance Technician/ 2nd Shift/ 22-28hr

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, performing troubleshooting and repairs on CNC and robotic equipment, reading blueprints to specifications, and utilizing your mechanical and electrical knowledge. This role requires the use of hand and power tools and performing facilities maintenance when needed.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and repair industrial machinery.

+ Perform troubleshooting and repairs on CNC and robotic equipment.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to specifications.

+ Utilize mechanical and electrical knowledge effectively.

+ Use hand and power tools for various tasks.

+ Conduct facilities maintenance when needed.

Essential Skills

+ Electrical troubleshooting

+ Mechanical expertise

+ Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge

+ Repair and service skills

+ Ability to read blueprints

+ PLC troubleshooting

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ At least 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience

+ Willingness to train if basic industrial knowledge is present

+ GED or diploma required

Work Environment

You will work in a small, modern facility with a 3-shift schedule, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime. Expect to work 45-50 hours per week with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The environment is clean and automated, offering a friendly, community-focused atmosphere where everyone knows each other. Employees enjoy access to cell phones and the ability to smoke outside, with a relaxed approach compared to other companies in the area.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wooster, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.

$1,000 sign on bonus!
