Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a strong electrical background to oversee daily operations in our warehouse located in Naples, FL. Responsibilities

+ Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

+ Oversee inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

+ Troubleshoot and support electrical equipment and systems used in warehouse operations.

+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

+ Train and mentor warehouse employees, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.

+ experience working with electrical components, systems, or equipment.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.

+ Skills in supervision, forklift operation, and shipping and receiving.

+ Knowledge of safety protocols and inventory control.

Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $66000.00/yr.
