Description We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will oversee the preparation of individual and business tax returns, provide expert tax planning advice, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including individual, business, and nonprofit filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax regulations to maintain compliance and provide accurate guidance.

• Communicate with clients to address tax-related inquiries and provide expert advice.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality tax services and meet deadlines.

• Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks and CCH ProSystem Fx, to manage tax preparation tasks efficiently.

• Provide support for annual income tax provisions and corporate tax return processes.

• Assist clients with accounting needs and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Requirements • CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in public accounting and tax preparation.

• Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, CCH ProSystem Fx, or similar tools.

• Demonstrated expertise in preparing corporate tax returns and managing annual income tax provisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
