What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Data Engineering Advisor, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams across Dell to develop a vision, strategy and roadmap for data and analytics solutions. You will be responsible for leading the product vision from ideation through development and launch phases.

You will:

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build assigned solutions, ensuring optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data

+ Partner with both internal & external sources to design, build and oversee the deployment and operation of technology architecture, solutions and software while designing, developing and program methods, processes and systems to capture, manage, store and utilize structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights and solutions

+ Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and user stories

+ Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, development, and launch phases along with presenting product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders

+ Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility

Essential Requirements

+ 8 to 12 years of experience using data technologies to deliver cutting-edge business intelligence solutions

+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate big data platforms and solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

+ Knowledge of key data engineering technologies, including Big Data Tools, Cloud Services, Object-Oriented or Object Function Scripting Languages

+ MBA Preferred

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $180,000.
