    Job Posting: CNC Machinist – Claremore, OK

    Shifts Available:

    + Monday–Thursday: 5:30am–4:00pm or 4:00pm–2:30am

    + Friday–Sunday: 5:00am–5:30pm or 5:00pm–5:30am

    + _Weekend shifts paid at 40 hours for 36 hours worked_

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with over 5 years of experience in lathe multi-axis machining, particularly with large parts and extended cycle times. This position is ideal for individuals who have led machine shops and possess a strong foundation in aircraft assembly and mechanical structures.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate multi-axis lathe machines

    + Read and interpret blueprints for accurate machine setup and execution

    + Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues

    + Inspect machined parts using calipers and micrometers to ensure quality standards

    + Program machines using M code and G code, with expertise in Fanuc, Haas, and Mazak systems

    + Manage long run times efficiently

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience in lathe multi-axis machining for large parts

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading and machine setup

    + Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with long run times

    + Expertise in M code, G code, and programming in Fanuc, Haas, and Mazak systems

    + Ability to lead and manage within a machine shop environment

    Additional Qualifications

    + Experience in aircraft assembly and mechanical structures

    + Familiarity with A&P, Airframe, and aircraft mechanical components

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
