    Job Title: Electrician Foreman

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a team of up to 10 electricians and apprentices on a new multifamily/apartment complex project in Healdsburg. This role involves hands-on work and requires a proactive leader who can guide the team to complete the project within the established quality, time, and budget guidelines. The initial project will last 18 months, with opportunities to continue on additional projects in the Bay Area.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide on-site direction and leadership for workers to complete jobs according to quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations.

    + Manage a team, evaluate employees’ progress, train new team members, and attend meetings.

    + Identify conflicts, resolve problems, and ensure job safety.

    + Organize and plan construction projects, direct work, inspect installations for quality, and ensure code standards are met.

    + Oversee and ensure all safety rules are followed at all sites at all times.

    + Produce work schedules in accordance with employee availability, labor laws, and project needs.

    + Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities, adjusting as needed due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel changes.

    + Delegate responsibilities and individual projects to crew and contractors.

    + Recruit, hire, mentor, manage, and train employees and contractors.

    + Ensure adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, and project schedules.

    + Emphasize safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment including training on safety gear.

    + Develop and oversee quality standards on all sites.

    + Monitor and manage project budgets.

    + Resolve conflicts or miscommunication on-site quickly and amicably.

    + Report project status to supervisors, site engineers, and officials regularly.

    Essential Skills

    + 10+ years of electrician experience.

    + California Journeyman Electrician Card.

    + Experience as an electrical foreman.

    + Proficiency in solar and electrical systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 10+ years of commercial experience.
