Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

This role involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace by removing scrap materials, supplying necessary materials for production, cleaning machines, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Clean up scrap materials to ensure a safe and organized work environment.

+ Ensure production has the necessary materials to function efficiently.

+ Clean and maintain machines to ensure optimal operation.

+ Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in assembly and production environments.

+ 6 months to 1 year of operating, warehouse, or general labor experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with metal manufacturing processes is advantageous.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a metal manufacturing facility, which can be loud and dusty. The dress code requires closed-toe shoes, jeans without holes, and work-appropriate shirts, avoiding any dangly jewelry. The position offers a second shift with hours from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and includes paid 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Overtime hours are available with a first shift from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm and a second shift from 3:30 pm to 1:00 am.

This is a Contract position based out of West Bend, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $22.72/hr.
