    Quality Assurance Technician – Hands-On Role in Yogurt Manufacturing | 2nd & 3rd Shift | Up to $27.33/HR

    Position Details:

    Shifts Available:

    + **3rd Shift (Preferred):** 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    + **2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

    Compensation:

    + **Starting Pay:** $23.47/hr

    + **After 6 Months:** $26.08/hr

    + **Night Shift Premium:** +$1.25/hr

    Your Day-to-Day:

    + Conduct **on-floor product testing** and ensure compliance with food safety standards

    + Transport samples to the lab and perform **temperature and viscosity checks** on yogurt products

    + Maintain detailed documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

    + Split your time **50/50 between lab and production floor** for a dynamic, engaging workflow

    + Collaborate with a team of up to 10 in a spacious, well-organized facility

    What You Bring:

    + At least **1 year of QA experience** in a food manufacturing setting

    + Familiarity with lab testing procedures and production floor protocols

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment and following sanitation guidelines

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $51480.00 - $51480.00/yr.

     

    PTO, health insurance, regular wage increases due to yearly negotiations.
