    Job Title: Water Treatment Transfer Operator

    Job Description

    As a Water Treatment Transfer Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing and treating water through poly pipe, lay flat hose, and underground pipeline systems. Utilizing modern technology such as iPads or tablets, you will ensure the efficient transfer of water from its sources to customer frac jobs.

     

    $20 Days

     

    $22 Nights

     

    OT 1.5 pay

     

    70-90 hours per week

     

    weekly pay

    Responsibilities

    + Set up, operate, and ensure the smooth functioning of water transfer operations.

    + Work with chemicals, collect, test, and record sample data.

    + Monitor machine operations and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions.

    + Set and service pumps and generators at job sites.

    + Adhere to all safety procedures specific to job tasks.

    + Assist in containment and spill clean-ups.

    + Communicate effectively with other workers using signals and radios.

    + Complete necessary training for DOT, OSHA, and safety standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical aptitude and experience in construction or general labor.

    + Ability to effectively use technology such as iPads or tablets.

    + Strong communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in agriculture, general labor, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse work is preferred.

    + A stable work history without frequent job changes is desirable.

    Work Environment

     

    You will report to the shop every morning for a safety brief, crew transfer, and daily plan. Work takes place outdoors on a pad or across right-of-way areas. Shifts start at 6 am or 6 pm and last at least 14 hours, with a rotating schedule providing flexibility. Compensation starts from the moment you arrive at the shop until you return in the evening.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lupton, Colorado.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
