Job Title: Clean Room Technician
Job Description
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Clean Room Operators. This role involves working in a clean room environment to ensure high-quality production and packaging of plastic bowls. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods and work with both manual and automated equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Inspect parts coming off of the machine to ensure quality.
+ Document production data and any issues encountered during the process.
+ Remove excess plastic material to maintain product standards.
+ Perform various production and packing functions on a semi-automated line.
+ Package plastic bowls and pack them into boxes according to order sheets for shipping.
+ Operate a touch screen computer to read error messages and clear faults or stoppages on the line.
+ Use inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers to test bowl wall thickness every few hours.
Essential Skills
+ Completed High School or GED.
+ Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
+ Proficiency with computers and touch screen devices, including smartphones, iPads, and Windows.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ No previous training or certifications are required, as training will be provided.
+ Familiarity with assembly, mechanical troubleshooting, production, and packing in a clean room environment is beneficial.

Shift Schedule
1st: 6:30am-3pm
2:30pm-11pm
10:30pm-7am
Work Environment
Work in a clean room setting with shifts available from 6:30am to 3:00pm, 2:30pm to 11:00pm, and 10:30pm to 7:00am. The environment requires adherence to cleanliness standards and includes both manual labor and the use of semi-automated machinery.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
