    Electronic/Electrical Assembler

    **Location:** Orangeburg, NY

    **Pay Rate:** $19–$21/hour

    Shifts Available:

    + **1st Shift:** 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (2 openings)

    + **2nd Shift:** 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (4 openings; training on 1st shift required)

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our fast-paced production team. You will be responsible for assembling high-quality electronic products by following detailed instructions and utilizing hand tools. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of schematics and blueprints.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Read, interpret, and follow written work instructions and schematics to accurately assemble products.

    + Utilize hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers) to install components.

    + Ensure components are received from the prep department.

    + Operate machinery as needed for assembly tasks.

    + Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.

    + Adhere to all safety protocols and quality procedures.

    Must-Have Qualifications

    + Prior **Electronic Assembly** experience.

    + Ability to **read and interpret blueprints and schematics** .

    + Skilled in the **use of hand tools** for assembly.

    + Experience with **machine operation** in a production environment.

    Preferred Skills

    + Experience with **production machinery** and mechanical assembly.

    + Ability to interpret **show layouts** and work with small components.

    + Comfortable working in a repetitive motion environment due to soldering and fine assembly tasks.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
