Job Title: General Laborer - LG 11

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a General Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient workspace by managing scrap materials, ensuring production areas are stocked with necessary materials, and assisting with machine cleaning. You will also support various general warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Clean up scrap materials and maintain a tidy work environment.

+ Ensure production areas have the necessary materials for continued operation.

+ Clean and maintain machines to ensure they are in proper working condition.

+ Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in assembly and production processes.

+ 6 months to 1 year of operating, warehouse, or general labor experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a metal manufacturing facility is advantageous.

Work Environment

The role is based in a metal manufacturing facility, which can be loud and occasionally dusty. The dress code includes closed toe shoes, jeans without holes, and work-appropriate shirts. Avoid wearing dangly jewelry. Work hours are on the 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with a shift premium, and overtime hours are available. Enjoy 10-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $22.72/hr.
