    Responsibilities

    + Maintain an assigned tour of custodial duties according to the defined standards.

    + Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

    + Adapt to various building schedules while serving students, staff, and faculty.

    + Work efficiently and effectively in a team-driven environment.

    Essential Skills

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Ability to work overtime upon supervisor's request

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    + Essential Personnel Status for handling sensitive issues

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Two years of experience preferred but not necessary

    + Sensitivity to issues of ethnicity, disability, and diversity

    + Dedication to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a vibrant campus environment with multiple student and staff-occupied buildings. The first shift runs from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a half-hour unpaid lunch. Employees are required to wear a red or maroon top (polo or shirt), dark pants, and sneakers. A uniform will be provided after 1-2 weeks.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Center Valley, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
