    Description

    We’re supporting a confidential client in hiring a Data Architect with deep experience in embedded development and multi-threaded environments. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on shaping digital solutions architecture across complex systems.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Leading high-level design decisions for digital solutions projects

    + Modeling and diagramming system architectures

    + Advising development teams on tools, platforms, and environments

    + Supporting Agile teams and guiding best practices

    + Partnering with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to build and manage technical teams

    Requirements

    + 5–7 years of hands-on experience in embedded software engineering, ideally in complex systems (e.g., elevators, escalators, robotics, or industrial automation)

    + Strong coding skills in C#, Java, Python, or similar languages

    + Deep knowledge of UML and software architecture modeling

    + Proven success working in Agile environments (3–5 years)

    + Experience designing and implementing multi-threaded applications

    + Strong understanding of system-level architecture and performance optimization

    + Familiarity with hardware/software integration and real-time systems

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills

    + Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically

    + Comfortable advising cross-functional teams and mentoring developers
