Description

Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in the Bayhead, New Jersey area. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with prospective and existing clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. This position is ideal for individuals with a knack for sales who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.

• Conduct engaging and precise cold calls to introduce products and uncover client needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service.

• Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively follow up to close sales opportunities.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales targets.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals to drive overall business success.

• Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and provide valuable feedback on market trends.

• Educate clients on product benefits and assist them in selecting the most suitable solutions.

• Actively contribute to a consultative and relationship-based sales approach to foster long-term client satisfaction.

Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a sales-focused role, demonstrating proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.

• Strong ability to perform cold calling with confidence and professionalism.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software for managing client accounts and records.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.

• Previous experience providing administrative support in a sales environment is a plus.
