Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and skilled in payroll and HR? We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with general Human Resources expertise to join our team in Plainview, NY. This long-term temporary role is perfect for individuals looking to make an impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role Overview:

As a Payroll and HR Specialist, you will handle payroll administration and perform general HR duties to support our workforce.

Responsibilities:

+ Process accurate and timely payroll for employees using ADP Workforce Now.

+ Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

+ Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.

+ Assist with onboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.

+ Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

+ Support benefits administration and employee relations initiatives.

+ Provide additional general HR support, as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Proven payroll experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now or similar software.

+ General Human Resources experience, including benefits administration and employee relations.

+ Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards is a plus.
