Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will focus on processing documentation, opening new accounts, and managing data entry tasks with accuracy and speed. This is a great opportunity to utilize your administrative skills and contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into the system with attention to detail.

• Process documentation related to opening and managing new accounts.

• Utilize software tools, including MO/Netx360, for data entry into Pershing accounts.

• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.

• Handle sensitive information in compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

• Perform general administrative duties to support office operations as needed.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within the specified contract duration. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.

• Familiarity with MO/Netx360 software or similar platforms is preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in an office environment during standard business hours (M-F, 7-4 or 8-5).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capability to handle sensitive information securely and professionally.
