    Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

    **Pay:** 80K-85K (paid hourly)

    **Shift:** 1st Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise, organize, and control technician workflow to support production priorities.

    + Prepare and manage site preventative maintenance programs using CMMS.

    + Troubleshoot PLC systems.

    + Determine root causes of issues and direct mechanics for repairs.

    + Troubleshoot mechanical power transmission systems such as chain drives and gearboxes.

    + Repair mechanical equipment.

    + Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

    + Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

    Essential Skills

    + 5 years of Maintenance Supervisory experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance CMMS systems.

    + Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.

    + Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.

    + Maintenance experience in a the food industry a plus.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eddystone, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.87/hr.
