Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Job Description

We ensure that our manufacturing processes and procedures meet rigorous quality standards, maintaining strict process controls on all jobs to ensure consistent finish and dimensions. We welcome audits of our quality program to ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
+ Run quality testing on first, last, and in-process particles.
+ Read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
+ Perform CMM and inspection tasks.
+ Ensure quality inspection of parts coming off the machine.
+ Maintain a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
+ Communicate effectively and uphold standards.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to handle tight tolerances and short runs.
+ Proficient in shop math, GD&T, and quality inspection.
+ Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
+ Experience with CMM and inspection.
+ Familiarity with ISO standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Blueprint interpretation.
+ CMM operation.
+ Familiarity with internal audit processes.
+ Experience with CNC operation, Mill, Lathe, and related machinery.
+ Knowledge of MIL-I-45208A, MIL-Q-9858A, and ISO:2015 standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
