Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Colerain Township, Ohio. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This position requires strong multitasking skills and proficiency in handling a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor, ensuring a welcoming environment.

• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system, efficiently managing high call volumes.

• Provide accurate information to callers and visitors, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.

• Maintain and update records, files, and logs as required.

• Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.

• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.

• Collaborate with team members to support office operations and ensure seamless communication. Requirements • Experience managing a multi-line phone system, with the ability to handle 10-30 lines effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
