BRECOflex is hiring a driven Industrial Sales Representative to expand our presence in high-potential territories. This field-based role focuses on Distribution and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) channels, helping customers reduce downtime and improve performance through tailored belt and drive solutions. This role will cover the territories: Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong Distributor and MRO relationships

• Conduct on-site visits and recommend tailored solutions

• Deliver product demos and troubleshoot belt systems

• Maintain CRM records and follow up on quotes

• Plan travel efficiently to maximize account coverage

• Identify growth opportunities and convert competitor accounts

• Book travel and submit expense reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs

• Contribute to strategy and annual sales forecasting

Must-Have Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

• Self-motivated with strong home-office discipline

• In the field sales visits - 3 to 4 days a week

• Overnight Travel (50%)

• 2+ years in sales or application engineering (industrial or MRO preferred)

• CRM proficiency (desktop & mobile)

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Detail-oriented with a consultative approach

• Reliable vehicle for business travel

Preferred Experience

+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

+ 5+ years of outside sales in Distribution or MRO

+ Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Teams)

+ Familiarity with industrial maintenance cycles and terminology

+ Bilingual English / Spanish

Work Environment

+ Remote/home office with regular field travel

+ Industrial settings: warehouses, offices, and manufacturing floors

+ Physical activity: walking, standing, sitting, on-site evaluations

Compensation and Benefits

+ Salary Range:$75,000 - $110,000 based on experience
