    Overview:

    Join WJCS as a BCBA helping adults with developmental disabilities thrive in supportive community residences across Westchester County, NY. We are seeking a skilled BCBA to lead behavior planning, staff training, and program support in a meaningful full-time, hybrid role (or flexible consulting arrangement). The salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 plus competitive benefits.

     

    Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is a premier nonprofit organization that provides a broad range of services to people of all ages and backgrounds in Westchester County. The Community Programs division of WJCS is currently seeking a full-time Coordinator of Behavioral Services and Training Support to join our team.

     

    This is a full-time role, though we are open to discussing a consulting arrangement until the position is filled.

    Responsibil ities:

    As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    + Preparation of Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Support Plans, staff training, data analysis and summary reports.

    + Develop and implement Behavior Plans.

    + Consult with psychiatrists and other specialists, and attending meetings as required.

    + Complete Functional Behavior Assessments as needed and if applicable administer tests such as the ABAS and DSDS.

    Requirements:

    We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

    + Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field with minimum three years of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities (DD/ID).

    + BCBA required/LBA preferred.

    + Thorough knowledge of principles and techniques used in delivery of services to developmentally disabled individuals.

    + Ability to travel to multiple sites in Westchester County.
