DC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

POSITION:DC Maintenance Supervisor

SHIFT:1ST Shift 6am – 6pm Rotation (MUST be Flexible)

DEPARTMENT:Distribution Center

SALARY CLASS:Exempt

INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE LESS THAN 3 ATTENDANCE POINT IN ORDER TO APPLY

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Supervisory skills; good interpersonal relations; ability to handle conflict.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills, people skills.

+ Ability to speak multiple languages beneficial.

+ Maintenance background and PLC knowledge.

+ Great Work ethic a MUST.

+ Great Follow up.

+ Coaching/teaching skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Perform on line edits, and program changes with PLC's and familiarity with box logic.

+ Other responsibilities include knowledge of troubleshooting, replacing, calibrating, and testing malfunctioning (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical) components on high speed machinery systems, and process control systems.

+ Inspect, clean, treat for corrosion and perform system operational checks on high speed machinery systems, industrial control systems, and instrumentation systems.

+ Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test components and technical publication.

+ Monitors work conditions with a main focus on safety and solid adherence to process and procedure. Attention and oversight of whole crew to employ good housekeeping habits.

+ PM completion goals and R&M involvement.

+ Warehouse Refrigeration.
