    Pay: Commission/incentive based. Range of $60k-$80K annually.

     

    Schedule: May include some Saturdays.

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

    + Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options

    + Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features

    + Follow up with potential and existing customers

    + Stay up to date on Subaru models, features, and promotions

    + Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    + High school diploma or equivalent
