Used Car Desk Manager Responsibilities:

+ Partner with sales consultants to structure deals that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

+ Appraise trade-ins and manage inventory pricing strategies.

+ Collaborate with reconditioning and service departments to ensure vehicle readiness.

New Car Sales Support:

+ Assist in managing new car inventory and pricing strategies.

+ Support the sales team during peak hours to drive performance and customer engagement.

+ Ensure compliance with OEM programs and incentives.

Every Day is Different:

+ Jump between desking deals, coaching sales reps, and strategizing inventory.

+ Be the go-to resource for both new and used car operations.

+ Stay sharp and agile in a role that keeps you challenged and motivated.

What You Bring:

+ Proven experience in driving new and used car sales performance (a strong plus).

+ Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Efficient typing and data entry abilities.

+ Basic math skills for cost calculations.

+ Proficiency with computers and estimating software.
